Resulting from a synergy between a calcified red alga and a concentrated plant extract, CALSEAGROW provides gut balance and antioxidant reserves to laying hens. On one hand, it directly interacts with the intestinal microbiota – a complex and diversified microorganism network that interacts with each other – which play a key role in the digestive process and the absorption of nutrients essential to production. On the other hand, it contributes to primary defenses against free radicals by protecting cells from oxidative stress.
Laying hens are exposed to different sources of physiological, environmental or nutritional stress throughout their production cycle. To defend themselves, their organisms rely on endogenous or exogenous antioxidants (obtained through feed).
