solutions to meet the needs of all the sector’s players.

In this context, we are looking for a:
Lead Technical Sales Engineer – Europe H/F
Permanent
Contract - Based in Dinard (35 - Britanny) - France
Your role :
-You support the European Management in the Business Development strategy of our solutions and product ranges with high added-value
-You centralize issues and coordinate actions of the assigned Technical Sales Manager to the European territory
-You manage and animate technically key accounts on these product ranges
-You are responsible for sales results of our Performance & Evolution products and ensure their follow-up and reporting
-You contribute to the creation of a well-known technical expert image and make it reflect on the current and future renown of Phosphea
-You coordinate and ensure a close collaboration with the Marketing department to enrich the analyses, the technical argumentation to accelerate the sales development of our solutions full of future promise
Vos missions
:
Coordination of
Technical Sales Managers teams as well as their sales performance on
Performance & Evolution product ranges:
-Definition of sales targets
for each geographical area
-Follow-up of the actions
and assistance on different studies, trial follow-up or customers visits
-Coordination of technical trainings
-Adapting the sales
strategy to identified issues on the markets
Management of Key
accounts in the European area:
-Developing sales results of these accounts on the
Performance & Evolution product ranges
-Creating a trust relationship with the
different interlocutors to answer to their technical issues
Following-up and reporting
of the sales results beside the European Management
Support in the definition
of the global sales strategy for these product ranges
Preparation and support in the launch of these
new products
Criterios de los candidatos
Experience level
Your profile :-Agronomy Engineer with a specialization in animal production or Veterinary
-5 to 10 years’ experience in business development or technical support for customers among the animal nutrition sector
-Strong skills in animal nutrition. Formulation skills would be appreciated.
-Ability to analyze and synthesize different data (sales, technical, trial, etc.)
-You speak English fluently. A second language would be an advantage.
-Having a good knowledge of the assigned areas would be appreciated
-Excellent listening and persuasion skills
-Leadership and willingness to support the technical sales teams towards expected results
