In this context, we are looking for a:

Technical Sales Manager – Germany

Permanent position located in Dinard (France - 35) or Home Office (Germany)


Position overview:

Reporting to the Central Europe Business Unit Director, you will have to actively participate in the development of Phosphea specialty products in Germany in the field of animal feed market. Later, your geographical area will expand including Austria, Switzerland and Scandinavian markets.

Responsibilities :

• Actively participate in market development and spread of the business in the area for Phosphea specialty products 
• Collect and analyze feed market information (growth perspectives, opportunities and threats ,market study and technical, competitive, regulatory monitoring) and report any information of interest
• Identify the customers’ needs, potential objectives and problems in order to define, propose and deliver the appropriate offer of Phosphea Specialties products and services
• Build customer loyalty by establishing a privileged relationship with your customers (integrators, feed and premix makers, distribution partners,…)
• Endorse the benefits of the Phosphea Specialties products to decision makers (feed and premix factory) and end users (farms) within potential and existing customers, via strong technical presentations 
• Implement different trials on the field to demonstrate products efficiency
• Participate in marketing (advertising, events organization, testimonials, etc…) of the specialty
• Be the technical referent of the area by mastering technical aspects of Phosphea’s portfolio, assisting and training the sales team in order to bring their technical knowledge to the highest level
• Negotiate & ensure the follow-up of commercial contracts, carrying out regular commercial tours, monitoring customer satisfaction and needs
• Maximize the market intel through Phosphea CRM system for reporting visits, projects, customer contacts and customer information

Qualifications :

•Animal nutrition/production Engineer passionate about this industry
•Business and results-oriented
•Minimum 2 years of successful experience in sales of specialty animal feed ingredients 
•You speak fluently English and German
•You are pedagogue and have excellent interpersonal skills
