September 2022 – Phosphea hereby inform that they have finalized the acquisition of the totality of the quotas representing SPO’s corporate equity.
SPO’s facilities consist in a production unit of a 100,000 tons capacity for feed phosphates, and a 100 000 tons capacity for the distribution of natural salt located in Imbituba (Santa Catarina state), South of Brazil.
