International Warehouse

Based in Belgrade
Your role:
Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, the International
Warehouse Professional shall play the crucial biding role between planning,
sales and storages in East and Central Europe.
Your
missions:
To coordinate replenishment and unloading of final products and consumable supplies on Prahovo’s plant and all external warehouses in Central and East Europe
Continuous logistics market research and monitoring and flow improvement analysis
To insure the planning of the internal bagging tool (coordination between commercial needs and industrial capacities)
To manage Central and Eastern European stocks (stock levels, entries, valuations, variance…)
To establish several flash reports concerning Prahovo’s plant (daily flash, comparatives Raw materials/Final products)
To elaborate several logistical and industrial reports (Stocks rotation, transport costs…)
To plan and realize regular inventory in Central and East Europe Stocks
To support the storage and packaging quality process
To coordinate shipments in stocks in Central and East Europe Stocks
To establish and maintain good relationship with 3rd parties in the area of the assignment
