Phosphea is pleased to announce the appointment of Clément HOULLIER as Chief Executive Officer with effect from March 1, 2023. He replaces Yohann Becker.
Clément Houllier, engineer with a strong international background, started his career at Argon & Co. Since he joined Phosphea in 2015, he held various positions such as Business Unit Director and more recently Deputy General Manager in charge of Industry and Raw Materials.
It is in the continuity of his predecessor that 38-year-old Clément Houllier will guide Phosphea, a subsidiary of Groupe Roullier toward success, and consolidate the company’s position as market leader in the sector of mineral-based solutions.
Since 2018, and despite a difficult context globally, Phosphea has kept innovating in order to address and overcome challenges regarding the mineral raw material supply chain efficiency, economic performance and environmental issues.
