Our logistics department for the distribution of animal feed phosphates is responsible for managing the flow of raw materials and finished products between suppliers, production plants and customers. It must ensure the quality, safety, traceability, and profitability of operations, while complying with regulatory and environmental standards. Our logistics department uses IT tools and performance indicators to plan, coordinate and control the following activities: procurement of phosphoric acid, processing into feed phosphates and distribution of feed phosphates to customers. Each customer’s specific needs must be considered, in terms of quantity, quality, lead times and packaging.
