1. My first days
As soon as my first day, I meet my manager and an HR representative.
They show me my work environment, the organization of the company, the teams, my role, my missions and my objectives.

2. My first months
A few weeks after my arrival, I meet with my manager and an HR representative to know my first impressions and to have a first feedback since taking office.
The objectives are clarified and we identify the needs to improve some skills.
Within 2 months, I give to my manager an astonishment report.

3. My first year
At midyear and the end of the year, I carry out my Human & Performance Review.
I talk with my manager about my experience, my successes and my challenges. We define together the means to make me evolve.
